Project Manager

On behalf of our client, Procom is currently seeking a Project Manager.

Project Manager Job Details

-Establishes project teams for all software development phases, plans schedules, and develop budgets and estimates.

-Formulates and manages project plans by defining deliverables, identifying key milestones, actively monitor project progress, track outstanding issues and risks, chair project meetings, follow up on action items, provide timely project status updates to management team, and engaging in ongoing risk.

-Work closely with software technical leaders to monitor progress and identify issues as early as possible.

-Guides technical, business analysis and quality assurance teams to ensure they are aligned in delivery of a complex software project.

-Establishes formal project change management and communication processes and performs the ongoing collection and dissemination of project information.

Project Manager Mandatory Skills

-Five (5) to eight (8) years of experience related to Project Management

-Previous experience managing and leading projects including organizing, coordinating, planning, and maintaining schedules and controlling a large number of projects; preferably related to the implementation of software products.

-Excellent working knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies.

-Project Management Professional (PMP) designation/Prince II certification is desirable.
